Head Chef required for a hotel near Chester Le Street. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar which both serve food. The bar is more of British classics style with a twist and is open for the lunch and the evening trade. The restaurant is only open on the evening serving a smaller a la carte menu; all food is fresh and cooked on the premises.
Reporting to the executive head chef, my client is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience as a head chef, and has the skills and experience to take control of the kitchen whilst managing the brigade of chefs.
The position is an immediate start for the right person and salary is £24-28k depending on experience level.
In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a head chef and have worked using all fresh produce from scratch.
