Sous Chef/ Senior Sous chef required for 8+ weeks

Based in Newcastle city centre I require a sous chef / senior sous chef for cover for an Italian/ British restaurant for a minimum of 8 weeks cover. You will be able to manage your own section of the kitchen and will be mainly looking after the main courses. This is a very busy establishment and you will be required to work under pressure.

You will be working various shifts as and when needed and must be flexible on days and times and may be required to work at short notice.
